Lighting Up the Stadium

Boone and Mark were busy finishing a project for Advent Electric Company Monday afternoon next to Gate 4 at Neyland Stadium, trying not to run into the problem they were shocked by on Friday.

While working on the lights around the stadium Friday, Mark was electrocuted. The electrical company's employees said this is a normal occurrence with their job.

The two were testing each light panel by doing a voltage check and making sure each bolt was locked on the lights.

Boone and Mark were testing the running lights along the walking paths leading to doorways, the circular lights used for pathways and the overhead lighting.

When they finished testing the lights, they report back to Justin Noah, the project manager for Advent Electric Company, giving him the update and problems they came across that day.

The two have been part of a 35-person crew working on Neyland Stadium since January.

"We pretty much give a punch list to get paid," Boone said while observing the voltage level.

The attire for an electric worker, like Boone and Mark, is laid back - a T-shirt, jeans and boots.

Your headline was very witty and a good play on words. You also did a good job on picking a unique story.

Your lead was a little confusing. Make sure you stay in the same tense throughout your story, and make sure you have subject, verb agreement.
